Flight
This group passion project grew out of a mock game test that I created with two other students for our Virtual Environment Design course (ARTD 3471). After completing the assignment, two classmates and I were inspired to develop a more polished promo and backstory for the game. For the final cinematic, I was responsible for all animation, partial lighting, set dressing, retopology, and camera work, with an emphasis on photorealism. While I contributed to every scene in the film, my primary focus was on the first and the last shot, which I completed entirely. I was also responsible for narrative and cinematic direction. To fully appreciate sound design, please wear headphones! Programs Used: Blender, Substance Painter, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects

Stylized Castle
This scene was inspired by the intro to Danny Elfman’s score “Overture” from Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas. I wanted to translate the song’s mood into a highly stylized visual recreation, capturing its rhythm through atmosphere, lighting, and texture. Over the course of a few months, I developed this piece in my free time, using it as an opportunity to experiment with Blender’s displacement modifier (to create the custom bricks on the buildings and the detailed roof tiles) as well as volumetric lighting. Everything in the scene was created and rendered in Blender. Listen to the song here: https://tinyurl.com/ex2vrjte

I was commissioned by the product development studio Generate to create this animation for company marketing, featuring CSTAR — a 2025 device designed to detect and map areas of unsound concrete.

Library Scene (WIP)
Note: This is a work in progress — I’m still resolving some issues with lighting and rendering in Arnold. This scene is a stylized 3D recreation inspired by the Trinity College Library. I was responsible for all aspects of the scene, including modeling, texturing, and rendering. Programs used: Maya, Substance Painter, and Arnold.

Talent Show
This was my first 3D animation created in Maya and served as my final project for Animation Basics in the Spring of 2024. For the assignment, each student was provided with the same stage and tasked with animating a unique talent for a character of their choice. Programs Used: Maya
